~Holiday Gift Card Bonus~  From now until December 30th, 2024, when you buy $50 in Kidtropolis gift cards you will receive one (1) free general child admission pass.   Your Holiday Promo admission passes are redeemable between January 7, 2025 and February 7, 2025.

Due to the ongoing Canada Post strike, we will not be mailing out gift cards in the interim.  Purchased gift cards will be available for pick up at our Front Desk. We will send an e-postcard to the purchaser that can be sent to the recipient to notify them of their gift! Photo ID and Order number will be required at pick-up.

The Holiday Promo admission passes will be mailed to/kept with the same shipping address of the order.  Lost or stolen promo admission passes cannot be replaced.

Loyalty Cards will be available for activation at our Kidtropolis location.  Please present your invoice (printed or presented on your mobile phone) to our Customer Service team to receive your pre-purchased loyalty card.  Loyalty Cards cannot be replaced, please keep it in a safe and secure place.

The Kidtropolis Monthly Play Pass gives you unlimited drop-in play for one (1) child (includes 1 adult) for the entire month!  MONTHLY PLAY PASSES WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR PICK UP AT KIDTROPOLIS FRONT DESK. IT WILL NOT BE MAILED, PRESENT A COPY OF YOUR INVOICE AT PICK UP. PASS CANNOT BE REPLACED IF LOST OR STOLEN.

Terms of use:

  1. Monthly Play Passes are non-transferable and non- refundable.
  2. Monthly Play Passes expire 30 days from date of purchase.
  3. Photo verification required at each use to child's photo of file
  4. General admission rates apply for additional adults and children
  5. Pass not valid for special events, kid camps, after hours events or birthday party packages and cannot be combined with other offers

There are no date restrictions or expiry on our Loyalty Cards and can be transferred between children.

LOYALTY CARD WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR PICK UP. IT WILL NOT BE MAILED TO PURCHASER. PRESENT A COPY OF YOUR INVOICE AT PICK UP.

Please note: Each Loyalty Card includes 10 child admissions, and each child admission includes admission for one adult only. Upon purchase, Loyalty Card will be available for pick-up at the World of Kidtropolis front desk. Loyalty Card cannot and will not be mailed to purchaser. Loyalty Card should be treated like cash, it is non-refundable and non-replaceable if lost or stolen. Offer cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash value.
