~Holiday Gift Card Bonus~ From now until December 30th, 2024, when you buy $50 in Kidtropolis gift cards you will receive one (1) free general child admission pass. Your Holiday Promo admission passes are redeemable between January 7, 2025 and February 7, 2025.

Due to the ongoing Canada Post strike, we will not be mailing out gift cards in the interim. Purchased gift cards will be available for pick up at our Front Desk. We will send an e-postcard to the purchaser that can be sent to the recipient to notify them of their gift! Photo ID and Order number will be required at pick-up.

The Holiday Promo admission passes will be mailed to/kept with the same shipping address of the order. Lost or stolen promo admission passes cannot be replaced.

Loyalty Cards will be available for activation at our Kidtropolis location. Please present your invoice (printed or presented on your mobile phone) to our Customer Service team to receive your pre-purchased loyalty card. Loyalty Cards cannot be replaced, please keep it in a safe and secure place.
