~Holiday Gift Card Bonus~ From now until December 31st, 2025, when you buy $50 in Kidtropolis gift cards you will receive one (1) free general child admission pass. Your Holiday Promo admission passes are redeemable between January 6, 2026 and February 13, 2026.

The Holiday Promo admission passes will be mailed to/kept with the same shipping address of the order. Lost or stolen promo admission passes cannot be replaced.

Purchased gift cards will be mailed via Canada Post unregistered mail; you should receive it within 7 - 10 business days.

Loyalty Cards and Monthly Passes will be available for activation at our Kidtropolis location. Please present your invoice (printed or presented on your mobile phone) to our Customer Service team to receive your pre-purchased loyalty card. Loyalty Cards and Monthly Passes cannot be replaced, please keep it in a safe and secure place.
