Purchased gift cards will be mailed via Canada Post unregistered mail; you should receive it within 7 - 10 business days.

The Loyalty Card will be available for activation at our Kidtropolis location.  Please present your invoice (printed or present on your mobile phone) to our Customer Service team to receive your pre-purchased loyalty card.  Loyalty Cards cannot be replaced, please keep it in a safe and secure place.

Please note: Each Loyalty Card includes 10 child admissions, and each child admission includes admission for one adult only. Upon purchase, Loyalty Card will be available for pick-up at the World of Kidtropolis front desk. Loyalty Card cannot and will not be mailed to purchaser. Loyalty Card should be treated like cash, it is non-refundable and non-replaceable if lost or stolen. Offer cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash value. Offer may change without notice and cannot be combined with any other offers.
